Betting and Game Rules
Top slots this week

General rules that apply to all play
These rules apply to every game in our lobby, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game has rules of its own, those rules apply as well, and they take priority for that game if the two differ.
- One account per person. You may hold one account only, in your own name, and you must not bet using anyone else's account or funds.
- 18+ only. Play is for customers aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and carry out identity and age checks on accounts.
- Two balances. Your account may hold real money and bonus funds. The cashier and the game screen show which balance a stake comes from.
- Stakes leave your balance when you confirm a bet. Minimum and maximum stakes differ by game and are shown before you play.
- Bets are final. A confirmed bet, spin or round cannot be changed or cancelled, and no refund is given for a change of mind.
Tools for staying in control
You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time, and the setting applies straight away. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from participating online operators in one step.
How bets and spins are settled
Every result is produced by the game server rather than by the device you play on. The outcome recorded on our systems is the official result of the round, and it is what we use to settle bets, pay winnings and answer any query.
Results in slots and other random games come from a random number generator. Earlier results do not affect later ones, and the outcome of a spin is set when the round is triggered.
Game rules and paytables
Each game carries a help or information screen with the paytable, the bet lines, the way features and free spins behave and any cap on winnings. Those rules form part of these rules, so please look over them before you stake.
Return to player
The theoretical return-to-player figure for a game is shown in that game's information screen. It is a long-run average across a very large number of rounds and says nothing about the result of a single session or spin.
An open round carries on without you
If you close a game, log out or change device while a round is open, the round continues on our servers and is settled there. The result reaches your balance whether or not you are watching.
Malfunctions, errors and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, its software or our systems fail during a round, that round and anything it appeared to pay are void, and the stake is returned to your balance.
- Display errors. A balance, prize or jackpot figure shown in error is corrected once we find it, and the server record stands.
- Incorrect pays. Where a round pays more or less than the paytable allows, we correct the balance to the paytable amount.
- Suspended games. If a game is withdrawn because of a fault, affected rounds are void and the stakes returned.
- Void play. Bets placed through a fault, an exploit or software that automates play are void, along with anything gained from them.
Disconnections and unfinished rounds
- Log back in and open the same game; an open round usually resumes from the point it reached.
- Where a round cannot resume, the game settles it on the server and applies the result to your balance.
- Free spins or feature rounds left open are normally held in the game and offered again when you next open it.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit follow the terms of the promotion they came from, read together with these rules and our general terms.
- Bonus terms come first. Each promotion sets its own wagering requirement, qualifying games, expiry and withdrawal conditions, shown when you claim it and in your account.
- Maximum bet while wagering. A maximum stake per round applies while a wagering requirement is open; staking above it can void the bonus and anything won from it.
- Contributions differ. Games count towards wagering at different rates and some are excluded, as set out in the bonus terms.
- No mixing. Where both balances are held, the game shows which one is in use; real money and bonus funds are not combined in one round.
| What you are looking for | Where it is shown |
|---|---|
| Stake limits and the paytable | The game's own help or information screen |
| Wagering, expiry and excluded games | The promotion's terms and the promotions area of your account |
| Your deposit, loss and session limits | The safer gambling settings in your account |
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and streamed to your device. The dealer's actions and the result recorded by the table system decide the round.
- Betting time. Each round has a betting window shown by the on-screen timer. Bets confirmed after it closes are not accepted and are returned.
- Dealer decisions are final. This includes calls of no bet, a misdeal or a void spin, and the handling of the round at the table.
- Table rules. Each table's help screen covers side bets, payouts, when a hand stands and how ties are settled.
- Seats and stakes. Minimum and maximum stakes per position are shown at the table, and a seat may be released after a period of inactivity.
- Stream problems. If the stream drops, the round still runs and is settled by the table system, with the result shown in your game history.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you think a round has been settled incorrectly, contact us as soon as you can, and please do so before placing further bets in the same game so the records stay clear.
- Write to support@casinocasperspins.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.
- Give the game name, the date and time of the round with your time zone, and the round or transaction reference from your game history.
- Tell us what the game showed and what you expected, and keep any screenshot you took.
- We look into the round against the server record and come back to you with what it shows.
The server record is the deciding evidence in any query about a result, a stake or a payout. If we cannot settle the matter between us, our complaints procedure explains how to take it further, including referral to an alternative dispute resolution provider at no cost to you.
Your game history
Every settled round appears in the history area of your account with the stake, the result and the balance before and after. It is the quickest way to double-check a round before contacting us.
