These Bonus Terms and Conditions form part of your agreement with us. Where a promotion carries its own rules, those rules are read together with this page; where the two cannot be read together, the rules published with that promotion take priority for that offer alone.

• You must be 18 or over, and the account must be registered and funded in your own name.
• One bonus per person, household, e-mail address, payment method and shared device, unless a promotion says otherwise.
• Your account must be open and in good standing at the moment the bonus is credited, and not suspended, closed or self-excluded.
• You may normally hold only one active bonus at a time; a further offer can be claimed once the current one is finished or has been removed.
• We may ask you to complete identity and address verification before a bonus, or anything won from it, is released.

Promotions are personal to you and cannot be transferred. Bonus funds, free spins and any balance created by them have no cash value until the conditions on this page have been met in full.

Each promotion shows what you need to do to take part: the qualifying deposit, any code, the opt-in and the window in which the offer is available. The details shown in the cashier and on the promotion itself are the ones that apply to your account.

How your balance is used

Where your account holds both cash and bonus funds, stakes are taken in the order shown in your account, and the wagering requirement continues to apply until it is met or the bonus expires. The amount still to be wagered is displayed in the bonus section of your account at any time.

While a wagering requirement is open, a maximum stake per spin, hand or round applies. The limit is shown with the promotion and in your account. Bets placed above it may not count towards wagering, and repeated cases may lead to the bonus being removed.

• Do not stake above the maximum bet shown while bonus funds or bonus winnings are in play.
• Do not use bonus funds on games listed as excluded from that promotion.
• Do not place bets that cover most or all outcomes of a round, or hedge one bet against another, to clear wagering with little risk.
• Do not open or use more than one account, or act with other players, to claim the same offer again.
• Do not deposit, claim a bonus and then request the deposit back before wagering has been completed.

Bonuses and free spins are available for a limited period. Unless a promotion states otherwise:

• Free spins must be used within the time shown from the moment they are credited; unused spins are then removed.
• Wagering must be completed within the period stated, after which any bonus funds and attached winnings are removed.
• Winnings from free spins and no-deposit offers may be capped at the amount shown, with anything above the cap removed once wagering is complete.
• A qualifying deposit may be required before a withdrawal can be made from a no-deposit offer.

Once wagering is complete, the remaining balance becomes cash and can be withdrawn in the usual way, subject to the methods and limits shown in the cashier. We hold a gaming licence and are required to verify accounts, so documents may be requested before a payment is released. Closing your account, or asking for a bonus to be removed, forfeits any bonus funds and winnings tied to an open wagering requirement.

We may change, suspend or withdraw a promotion and update this page where there is good reason, for example a change in the rules we work under, a supplier change, or an error in how an offer was published. A bonus already credited to your account is not affected unless we are required to make the change.
